-Reattach the reservoir to the coffee brewer.

-Open the filter basket and insert a paper filter or reusable filter.

-Add your desired amount of coffee grounds to the filter. Generally, one scoop per cup is a good rule of thumb.

3. Select Brew Style:

-Choose between the two available brew styles: Classic or Rich.

-Press the corresponding button on the control panel.

4. Set the Warming Plate:

-Adjust the warming plate setting to keep your coffee hot for up to 4 hours.

-Use the hour and minute buttons to set the desired brew time.

-Press "Delay Brew" again to confirm the time and activate the feature.

6. Start Brewing:

-Press the "Brew" button to begin the coffee-making process.

-Wait until the brewing cycle is complete before removing the carafe.

Helpful Tips:

-Water Reservoir Cleaning: Clean the water reservoir regularly to prevent mineral buildup and ensure the best-tasting coffee.

-Filter Maintenance: Replace paper filters after each use. If using a reusable filter, rinse it thoroughly after each brew.

-Coffee Grounds Measurement: Adjust the amount of coffee grounds to your taste preference. Experiment to find the perfect strength.

-Cleaning Cycle: Run a cleaning cycle with a mixture of water and vinegar once a month to keep the machine in top condition.

-Storage of Coffee Grounds: Store your coffee grounds in an airtight container to keep them fresh.

-Delay Brew Tip: Set up the Delay Brew feature the night before for a hassle-free, fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

Enjoy your perfectly brewed coffee with ease and convenience!

FRENCH PRESS:

-If you prefer to use the French press to brew your coffee, the French press is located in the shelf of the coffee stand. You should find coffee grounds right next to the French press. For hot water, you may use the electric kettle in the kitchen located on the shelf above the microwave. As always, please wipe down any messes and/or coffee stains.

SMART ROKU TV REMOTE:

-Both the downstairs and upstairs living room is equipped with Smart ROKU 4K HDTVs. Use the remotes to access popular streaming applications like Netflix (complimentary), Hulu, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Max, YouTube, Peacock, Disney Plus, and more. To exit any application, simply press the home or back button on the remote. Please remember to turn off the TV when not in use.

FIRE SAFETY:

-In the case of any accidental fires, please do not try to put out any fires with water. Please use the fire extinguisher and/or fire blanket located underneath the kitchen sink to put out any fires. Please do not light up anything (including candles) inside the house. As a reminder, this is a non-smoking house and we do not allow smoking of ANY kind on the property.

REFRIGERATOR:

-To keep the refrigerator working at its best, please make sure to close the door when not in use and give the door an extra push to ensure it closes fully at the bottom.

LAUNDRY:

For the quick wash setting, it’s best to only use smaller loads, as that cycle is designed for lighter amounts of laundry. When a normal or large load is placed on quick wash, the machine will keep trying to rebalance the load, which can cause it to keep spinning for longer. Also, quick wash only runs one spin cycle, while the normal wash runs two, so clothes will typically come out wetter on quick wash compared to the normal cycle.

If there are towels in the load, they can make it heavier and more difficult for the spin cycle to fully remove water. If the machine is still running, you might try taking out a few items so it’s a smaller, lighter load. Pause the cycle, turn the machine off, then switch it back on, select the Spin option only, and press Start to help extract more water. Alternatively, you could run the load again on a normal wash cycle, which includes two spin cycles and should leave the clothes less damp.

IN CASES WITH CIRCUIT TRIP AND NO ELECTRICITY:

-The breaker panel is outside the side of the house near the front door. Kindly check to see if any breakers have been tripped. If you find any, simply reset them to restore power. Additionally, please note that some outlets have a built-in breaker, particularly near larger appliances like the washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. If you experience any issues with these outlets, simply check and reset the breaker directly on the outlet if needed.
